Bench service versus onsite service-

There are several factors in determining whether a unit may be serviced on site, or if it will be necessary to service it at a facility on the bench. Sometimes a system works exactly like it is supposed to when we get it or it can be fixed through a simple adjustment or service. We will do our best to identify intermittent problems and correct them. After problem determination should your computer require major servicing beyond what is possible in the field, we can perform major upgrades and services back at our shop. It is brought to our centralized service depot, expertly serviced and returned.
